Human Verified Leads ("we", "us") provides business-to-business (B2B) contact data, including names, job titles, business emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profile URLs of professionals, to companies for sales and marketing outreach. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

- Professionals in our database: people whose business contact information we collect and provide to our clients.
- Website visitors and clients: people who visit this website, request a sample or buy our services.
2. Information we collect
About professionals in our database, we may collect:
- Name, job title, seniority, department and employer
- Business email address
- Direct-dial and mobile phone numbers
- LinkedIn profile URL and professional history
- Company details such as website, industry, size, revenue range, location and technology used
About website visitors and clients, we collect what you submit in our forms (name, work email, company, phone, and details of your requirements) and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. Where we get information
- Publicly available professional sources, including professional networking sites such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Business event and conference data
- Third-party data providers and contact-finding tools
- Our own verification process, including manual checks by our team and verification calls (which may use an automated or AI voice agent) to confirm that a number belongs to the named person

- To build, verify and keep our B2B contact database accurate
- To provide contact data to our clients for business outreach
- To respond to sample requests, enquiries and support needs

5. How we share information
We provide business contact information about professionals to our clients, who are businesses that use it for B2B sales and marketing. Under some US state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time; see section 7.
We may also share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, data storage and verification tools), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell information submitted by our website visitors or clients.
6. Our clients' responsibilities
Clients agree to use our data only for lawful B2B purposes and to follow applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call rules and CAN-SPAM.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our database
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, use our Opt-out & Privacy Request form or email privacy@humanverifiedleads.com. We will respond within the time required by law (generally within 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
When you opt out or ask us to delete your data, we keep a minimal record (such as your email or phone number) on a suppression list so we don't add your information back in the future.
8. Data retention
We keep business contact information for as long as it is relevant and accurate for our services, and we regularly re-verify or remove outdated records. Client and enquiry information is kept as long as needed for the business relationship and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
